What ages are appropriate for the course?

As soon as your children are able to repeat after you (and me), the practice is valuable. Those who are reading age can learn more independently, but this course was designed to be shared in together and you may be surprised at how quickly your youngers catch on as they practice and repeat!

How long does this take to finish?

Learning 1 or 2 lessons a week is recommended. Ideally, to be completed within 5-9 months as an individual course or around 2 full years as the full program. However, please do review as much as you can before moving on to each new lesson. The more you practice, the better!

Can this program be used for high school credit?

The French Feast courses focus more on conversation, per Charlotte Mason's idea that French is a "living speech" and should be approached that way initially. For students who desire to get deeper into writing and grammar along with speaking and listening, reach out to Madame Lee for her high school level courses.

How many times can we use this course?

You have lifetime access to any of the courses you purchase. The more you can repeat the lessons, the better!

Which course should we start with first?

I suggest doing one lesson each of Pronunciation Basics & the 1st French Feast course and go back and forth. That way, you set your foundation for pronunciation but also start speaking right away! If your kids are independent readers and are super excited about Paris, start the Paris course and go back and forth with Pronunciation Basics and then do the 1st French Feast after!
